Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Nutrition products and consumables are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
